Body Confidence || What's Not To Love?

Throughout my life, I've struggled a lot with body confidence. I've always felt like I'm 'not thin enough' or 'not toned enough'. 'Not small enough' or 'not slim enough'. Plainly put I've pretty much felt like I'm just 'not quite there'. Always somewhere in the middle. Nothing amazing, nothing spectacular, just sort of...there. 

Something's changed recently, and I can honestly say that I've never felt more confident or comfortable in my own body and my own style than I do now.

Being able to feel confident in your own body is something I feel extremely passionate about, because it's something that I haven't felt in myself for so long. Feeling happy and confident in the way you look, no matter what size, colour or height you are. No matter what disability you have, no matter what mental health issues you struggle with, is SO INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT! If you're looking for a reason to feel good about yourself today (and every day), then this is it. You are beautiful. No matter what you tell yourself, no matter what another person tells you - you are beautiful.

Nowadays, I can say completely truthfully that the days I feel confident outweigh the days that I don't and that's such a good feeling. Of course, there are still days I don't like the way I look, but I know deep down that I am perfect the way I am. Sometimes it just takes a bit of digging.
